Wanna put my head under the covers and wake up on Wed
I am DREADING my weigh in tomorrow. It always seems that 10 days before the scourge is due that I want to eat everything in sight. The weekend was not that bad and even today was salvageable until dinner when I ate 3/4 of a pizza!
Please don’t have me gaining back the 5lbs I lost last week….fingers crossed.

Finally back in the gym!
Probably should have waited another day, but a week is all that i can handle, and I didn’t push myself too hard..
It’ll probably be a couple more days before I can give it 100%.. But it still felt great to activate the ol’ muscles a bit ;)

Zucchini Burger! 11 P+, but could be much less if eaten on a better bread! Delicious alternative for a regular meat burger.
Every time I go food shopping I get a couple zucchini and so far made zucchini chips, pizza and pancakes but with this weeks zucchini I have got to try this burger!
The better I eat, the better I look. The better I look, the better I feel. The better I feel, the better I eat. I could get used to this cycle.

I cannot handle another negitve in my life.
I cannot handle seeing -5 weekly points this whole week. I wrote down everything I ate today, finally got it pointed and it’s depressing on top of a rather depressing day. So I’m not tracking this evenings food.
I had negative 3 for the week but just did more moving around and now is minus 1. I know I will get it to zero today as am doing veggies all day since weigh in is tomorrow.
